No matter your age or ability you can burn calories, improve flexibility and build mental, physical and spiritual strength while connecting to your inner self and the positive energy that surrounds you.
Ganbanyoku (Gan-Ban-Yoku) means ‘stone bath’, or ‘stone sauna’ in Japanese. This special sauna allows you to relax your mind and body by lying on mineral stone beds heated to 120 degrees. The heated stone, imported from Japan and known as a Super Growth Energy (SGE) stone, omit both far infrared rays as well as negative ions. The overall effect is relaxation while promoting detoxification, improving circulation and weight loss.
Meditation (me-də-ˈtā-shən) is the act or an instance of planning or thinking quietly. It is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. It is the means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the center of consciousness within. The process of meditation follows a particular order, has definite principles, and produces results.
